RSPCA Victoria is seeking a passionate and organised individual to join our People and Culture team for a 12-month fixed term full time contract. You will play a crucial role in attracting and selecting top talent to support our mission of ending cruelty to all animals.

**About the role**

Be the driving force behind our talent acquisition As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will partner with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent and ensure we hire the best people for RSPCA Victoria.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Partner with hiring managers to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
- Provide support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Promote equal opportunity and diversity in all areas of recruitment.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the People and Culture Team.

**Who we're looking for**
- Previous experience in a similar recruitment role.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

**Recruitment Requirements**
