**The Opportunity**
**Key Responsibilities**:
As the License Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in managing all aspects of our Network Points of Presence (POP’s) nationally. Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintain strong relationships with landlords and property managers for all network locations.
- Work closely with Network/Fibre teams to ensure that new license agreements align with Vocus requirements.
- Proactively monitor key license terms to minimise risks, ensuring that essential POPs remain under license for appropriate timeframes to prevent short-notice evictions.
- Reconcile property invoices against license agreements and investigate any discrepancies.
- Document processes for internal engagement with Legal, Finance, Treasury, and network teams.
- Maintain accurate records of all sites, including key contacts.
- Coordinate facility improvement activities and facility exit arrangements, acting as the primary contact between landlords and the Vocus site consolidation team.
- Explore potential commercial opportunities and improvements across the portfolio.
- Handle first-level disagreements or disputes before escalating.
- Assist in maintaining documentation, records, and processes, as well as producing reports and data content as required.
- Provide forecasting to factor in price changes and POP usage changes into financial budgets.

**Required Skills & Competencies**:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in lease/license management.
- Resilience and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills at all organisational levels and with external stakeholders.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Highly organised with strong follow-up and priority-setting skills.
- Ability to ensure consistency of standards/procedures and promote efficiencies.
- Negotiation and conflict management skills.
- Commitment to exceptional customer service and a positive customer experience.
- Capability to build strong and effective working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders across different cultures.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Solid commercial acumen with a comprehensive understanding of license agreement costs nationally.
- Proven negotiation skills at all levels.
- A background in telecommunication license agreements is advantageous.
- Proven experience with property lease / license agreements.
- Some knowledge and understanding of the Telco Act and rights, with experience within the telecommunications industry preferred.
