Accounts Payable Officer required for minimum 6 months temporary opportunity, working for a reputable business based in central Perth.

Our client is looking to appoint an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join their rapidly growing team for an ongoing temporary opportunity for a minimum of 6 months. Reporting to the AP Manager, you will be joining a fast paced team where you will support the day to day running of the accounts payable function.

**Duties**:

- Match, batch and coding invoices - approx. 600 weekl
- Generation of monthly/weekly/daily creditor payments by cheque/EFT
- Setting up new suppliers
- Liaising with internal departments
- Statement and bank reconciliations reconciliaitons
- Processing weekly payment runs
- Ad hoc duties as required

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years previous accounts payable experience working for medium to large corporation
- Confident user of SAP
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a co-operative, team environment.
- Ability to work independently and problem solve
- A positive and professional attitude in dealing with all customers and the ability to effectively identify customer needs.
