**Description**:
The Company Account Payable Officer at Eastern Guruma Pty Ltd will be responsible for managing all aspects of the accounts payable function. This role involves ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, monitoring payment deadlines, and maintaining strong vendor relationships. Key responsibilities include:

- Processing invoices and expense claims accurately and efficiently
- Verifying the accuracy of purchase orders, contracts, and other documentation
- Preparing and performing payment runs in line with company policies
- Reconciling supplier statements and resolving any discrepancies
- Communicating effectively with internal stakeholders and external suppliers regarding payment queries
- Maintaining organized records of accounts payable transactions for audit purposes
- Assisting with month-end closing processes as necessary

**Skills and Experiences**:
Required skills
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and compliance requirements

Required experiences
- At least 1 year prior experience in accounts payable or related financial roles
- Demonstrated experience in processing invoices, reconciling statements, and managing vendor relationships
- Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate financial records
- Familiarity with financial reporting and analysis
- Experience working effectively within a team environment
