As a Funerals Director Assistant, you will engage in an integral role supporting our funeral services. This role will offer you new life skills, personal growth and development, the opportunity to earn qualifications and progress your career in a personally rewarding industry.

**Duties of a Funeral Director’s Assistant include**:

- Support our funeral services through the provision of vehicle and transport services ensuring vehicle presentation is at a high standard at all times.
- Working collaboratively to bring the deceased into our care with dignity and respect.Oversee proceedings on the day and ensure pre-arranged plans and ad-hoc requests on the day are appropriately implemented.

**About you**:

- Strong customer service ethos and commitment to service delivery
- Available to work casual shifts at least 3-4 times a week with option to go on call for nights and weekends
- Professional attitude with an empathetic and compassionate approach towards people
- Be at ease working with grieving families and the deceasedPossess a full unrestricted driver’s license
