**About the Role**

BaptistCare Caloola Centre is seeking Carers to join our team on a casual basis. As a Carer, you will get to know your residents and their needs and preferences during your shifts.

**Duties Include**:

- Providing a wide range of person-centered care in accordance with care plans
- Assisting with medication and simple wound dressing
- Supporting activities under supervision
- Working with each resident to help them continue doing the things they love

**Skills & Experience**:

- Certificate III in Individual Support or 2nd-year RN student
- A natural listener, genuinely curious to understand people
- Compassion-driven care skills and a positive attitude
- Willingness to obtain an NDIS Worker Screening Check or provide current clearance
- Ability to rally your team, even on challenging days, to problem-solve, connect, and overcome
