As an integral member of the IT services team, your primary responsibility will be to ensure Stratco’s operational requirements are enabled through reliable and well supported technology platforms. You will be part of a talented, close-knit of dedicated IT professionals, working collaboratively to support our national team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and resolve helpdesk service requests in a timely and effective manner
- Troubleshooting any hardware and software issues
- Processing month-end, reporting requests & supporting data changes in ERP system
- Change and Problem management
- Develop checklists for typical problems, recommend procedure & controls for prevention
- Adherence to Stratco's Safety and other internal policies and procedures
- Provide end user support to SA and other states, some intrastate travel may be required

**Skills, Experience & Attributes**:

- Demonstrated experience and/or a relevant qualification in an IT related discipline
- A passion to deliver outstanding customer service with the ability to build and support professional working relationships at all levels
- Highly developed problem-solving skills
- Capacity to consistently meet deadlines with conflicting priorities in addition to having a strong sense of proactivity and initiative
- Experience configuring, administering Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Server products including Active Directory and Exchange
- Knowledge of IP Networking, DHCP & DNS and general network principals
- Knowledge of Windows desktop, Windows server environments including current and previous generations
