The payroll consultant is responsible for administering and coordinating the payroll function across all employees to ensure a timely and accurate pay cycle each month.
- Responsibilities include:_
- Coordinate all payroll aspects including superannuation, tax and pay leave and then liaise with the outsourced payroll provider to ensure payroll is executed in a timely matter
- Advise and guide employees with any payroll queries
- Build and develop relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
- Manage end of year requirements including annual pay summaries, payroll tax return and workers comp
- Act as the payroll system guru for any queries and provide any information relating to testing and configuration
- Manage all audits by compiling and producing certain reports
