**Your Skills & Experience**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or related field.
- Membership of CA or CPA.
- Proven track record in commercial leadership roles, ideally within a similar industry.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to extract insights from market data.
- Strategic thinker with a solutions-oriented approach.
- Strong financial acumen and budget management skills.
- Proficiency in project management and team leadership.
