**RTO Manager**

**Full-Time**

**About the Role**:
**As RTO/Education Manager, you will be responsible for overlooking ASOC's management activities including compliance, training and assessment and overall RTO operations.**

**You will have**:

- Demonstrated understanding of compliance in VET sector
- Researching, development, implementation, evaluate educational and administrative policy
- Experience in managing teams in face to face and remote learning
- Current knowledge of vocational and higher education and skills in vocational training and learning
- A track record of providing quality assessment system
- Research on educational systems, monitoring and evaluation of new developments
- Researching and reporting on student’s needs arising from curriculum implementation
- Consulting with academic staff to coordinate educational programs
- Developing and delivering training programs for staff

Delegate work
- Liaising between educational institutions and the wider community

**Mandatory Requirements**
- A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in handling management and training duties at CRICOS registered RTO.
- Comprehensive knowledge of legislative requirements relating to RTOs which includes Standards for RTOs 2015, Education Services for Overseas Students Act 2000 and National Code 2018.
- Awareness of the Standards for RTO 2015 relevant to training and Assessment and RTO’s Obligations under ESOS framework, National Code 2018 and the potential implications for overseas students arising from the exercise of these obligations.
- Effective Team management and Leadership
- High attention to detail and systematic follows up.
- Experience in using an RTO student management system.
- Experience using PRISMS desired but not essential.
- Demonstrated skills and experience in assessments and course design. Knowledge and experience
- Demonstrated reliability in meeting deadlines and commitments, with an ability to set realistic goals, problem-solve and establish work priorities.
- A strong focus and commitment to quality, compliance, and reporting requirements.

**Qualifications**
- Tertiary qualifications relevant to the position (Master or above)
- Multilingual person

How to apply?

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

- MELBOURNE, VIC 3000: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
