As iae GLOBAL Brisbane is a new office there will be a lot of opportunity for self-development and promotion. Your role as Education Planner comes with certain level of responsibilities and commitment and we provide a summary of the role for your information below:
**ROLE: EDUCATION PLANNER (FULL TIME / PART TIME) - Thai / Vietnamese / Filipino**

**Job description**:

- Perform general administration duties and support management in achieving all performance targets
- Create a friendly supportive office environment and leadership to the team
- Assist in the recruitment process for counselling and marketing staff
- Coordinate with iae GLOBAL finance department as required to maximise service and outcomes
- Represent iae GLOBAL in the upmost professional manner with all key stakeholders
- Promote iae Global partner institutions and their courses to international students
- Provide international students with expert and correct advice on study options and develop study plan that is suitable for each client
- Respond to the clients promptly and keep all notes, records and data in a timely manner
- Create marketing content for relevant platforms/ posts and participate in other promotional activities if required
- Maintain good customer service, appraisal, and feedback from all inquiries during all stages of the counselling process
- A keen interest in further learning educational industry and developing stable networks with clients and key stakeholders
- undertake regular training and development
- Engage after-sale student service
- Create, maintain, and update company policy and procedures and ensure the highest standard of compliance and quality
- Coordinate with colleagues with great sense of teamwork to execute sales or customer service

**Key Skills/ Experience**
- Excellent time management and organizational skills and ability to priorities tasks
- Have a keen appreciation for learning and the international education industry, empathy and understanding for international students
- Hold a relevant degree or experience commensurate with the role
- Previous experience in education preferred, but not necessary.
- Show strong learning drive, creative mindset and high initiative to finish work
- Ability to speak several language will be an added advantage
- Eligible visa holder with full time working rights
