BGIS is seeking a **Facilities Coordinator**to join our team in **Singleton, NSW**. In this role, you will provide essential support for the management and maintenance of facilities, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with client requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in the coordination of maintenance and repair activities.
- Liaise with service providers, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with safety and security regulations.
- Support the implementation of facilities management plans.
- Maintain records, reports, and documentation related to facilities operations.
- Respond to facility-related inquiries and issues in a timely manner.

**About You**
- Prior experience in facilities management, property management, or a related field.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facilities management systems.
- **Australian citizenship is required**due to security clearance requirements.
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain relevant security clearances.
