So, we are seeking a confident and enthusiastic person who share our values – Think Sharp, Dig In and Care - to join our high performing team.****Glencore is committed to providing an environment that adheres to the Respect at Work Legislation.**## **Job Description**Reporting to the Field Maintenance Coordinator and operating from the Southern Maintenance Facility you will be responsible for providing strong leadership to achieve outstanding results for the Maintenance team. **About the Role:*** Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities across a large fleet of field equipment, including 2 electric rope shovels, 2 Liebherr 9800 excavators, 11 Hitachi excavators, and 8 blast hole drills. The role is accountable for ensuring breakdown repairs and planned work are executed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard of quality, minimising downtime and supporting production continuity.* Accountable for maintaining a safe workplace, providing visible leadership and coordinating the Field Maintenance team to achieve agreed KPI’s.* Driving continuous business improvement and quality assurance of maintenance performance using your excellent problem-solving skills.
