**About the Opportunity**

Are you passionate about Leadership? Can you imagine leading a group of Allied Health Professionals in a multidisciplinary team delivering evidence-based treatments through a mix of one on one rehabilitation, exercise-based classes, pain management and equipment prescription to residents and the community in our state of the art facility?

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Clinic Team Leader to join our friendly and professional team.

The Clinic Team Leader will be responsible for leading the team in delivering services in the clinic and community with exceptional client service to achieve consumer and organisational goals and outcomes.

**What You Bring to the Team**:
The position is suitable for a Leader who align with our values and have:

- A genuine passion for quality allied health care delivery that optimises the positive impact that we have on the people we support
- Ability to demonstrate, encourage and support a culture of high standards, motivation and enthusiasm
- Leadership experience within a health environment
- Understanding and experience of working with a NDIS provider
- Current Australian driver's licence
- Unrestricted Australian work rights

Current or willing to obtain:

- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Check
