The role of Cash Officer is to ensure the daily operations of the Cash Office is carried out effectively and in a timely manner, with accuracy and diligence.

The core responsibilities of the Cash Officer role includes managing, handling, issuance and reconciling of cash and various payment mediums, as well as the management and issuance of store keys, access cards and other important business assets such as payment terminals and Mobile POS terminals, which require secure storing and access control. Cash Officers will typically serve external clients when processing TAPA payments, collecting customer deposits, and also serve as the key contact for the partner payment vendors.

The Cash Officer is also responsible for collating, sorting and securely storing all transaction receipts, as well as reconciling variances and tracking / investigating refunds. This is an essential role in the operations team that is key to ensuring adequate controls are upheld, and required to be well versed in SOPs, policies and local regulations.

**Key Requirements**:
Minimum 1 year customer service experience recommended, Accounting / Finance experience advantageous.

Competent written and verbal English skills.
- Attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Organisational skills, ability to effectively prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Pro-activeness, resourcefulness, self-motivated, team-oriented and able to multi-task
- Strong interpersonal skills and able to work well with people at various levels
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Demonstrate high level of integrity
