We are currently recruiting for a Food and Beverage Attendant at our Banrock Station Restaurant. You will be the face of our brand home, delivering providing high-quality food and service to our Cellar Door and Restaurant customers.

This **Casual role** will work **2-3 days a week **with the opportunity for more shifts as required. With dayshifts and an occasional evening shift, this role offers flexible hours which can work around other commitments.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Assist the Chefs to prepare food for service
- Set and clear tables for food service
- Collect food from the kitchen and serve to customers
- Conduct relevant cash register activities
- Keep kitchen clean and assist with kitchen stock control
- Assist in washing dishes where required

**What you'll bring**:

- Previous experience in a restaurant and/or hospitality environment (highly desired)
- Exceptional customer service skills, providing our customers with the best experience possible.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain in control when working under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Responsible Service of Alcohol accreditation
