**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a highly organised, energetic and proactive Admin and Scheduling Coordinator to join our dynamic Productions Team. The Admin and Scheduling Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the team with administrative and scheduling tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of the office, and contributing to the overall success of our Productions team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to the Productions Operations Team, including managing office calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing documents.
- Manage full time, casual and contract staff availabilities.
- Coordinate daily changes in regard to crew and on-site works, including logistics.
- Coordinate office operations and procedures, ensuring the office is well-maintained and equipped with necessary supplies.
- Support the management group with ad-hoc tasks and projects as required.
- Responsible for managing accounts, including creating purchase orders and reconciling supplier invoices.
- Booking and coordinating staff travel requirements.
- Assist with internal event logistics, including coordinating deliveries, liaising with suppliers, both internal and external.
- Administration associated Human Resources including;
- Process new employees including paperwork, uniform requirements, and inductions.
- Document human resource requirements.
- Administration for sick leave, RDO leave

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
