The role

Due to a loyal client base and a strong pipeline of work Sandvik’s Perth Workshop looks to grow its current team and will require several Service Technicians in full time positions for an Immediate start.

The main scope of works undertaken by the Service Technicians will include: performing pre-delivery tasks, inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs on a range of mining equipment and subcomponents and their hydraulic, electrical and automation systems.

We are looking for motivated HD Fitters and mechanics from all industries, whether your professional background is Light Vehicle, Agriculture, Defence force or the Marine Industry. If you have a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, a passion for HD Mining Equipment and new technology then we would love to speak with you.

You will be working in our brand-new state of the art purpose-built workshop facility based in Kenwick with onsite parking. Day & Afternoon shifts are available (See below) and you will also have the option of working weekends with additional uplift
- Day:_ Mon - Fri 6am - 4pm (10hrs, paid breaks)
- Afternoon:_ Mon
- Thur 2pm - 12pm (10hrs, paid breaks + additional uplift)

**Profile**:

- Mechanical background and relevant certification
- Experienced or new graduates welcome - we take people from all walks for life
- Strong and proven safety culture
- Strong customer service focus and motivation and determination to achieve targets and goals
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a close knit team environment
- Basic computer literacy
- Class C Manual Driver’s License
- A genuine interest for mining equipment and new technologies
