**Skills + Requirements**
- 5+ years experience in leadership role
- Extensive experience managing tech teams
- Experience developing in PHP, Node, Typescript and modern cloud technologies
- Ability to lead and manage teams across multi-disciplined teams
- Ability to solve complex technical issues
