To continue our success, we have a newly created position in our Shopper Marketing team. Working across our portfolio of marketing leading brands such as Smith’s, Doritos and Twisties the Shopper Marketing Executive will be instrumental in delivering our shopper marketing plans across our retail partners.
**Responsibilities**:
Key Responsibilities:
- Driving executional excellence of our brands
- Working with the Shopper Marketing & Trade Activation Managers and our partner agencies to roll out the creative assets of our campaigns, ensuring delivery of all retail media assets to our customers.
- Ownership for the POS strategy for our activations, ensuring we have the right type of POS to interrupt the shopper on the path to purchase and working with our agencies to ensure this lands into our warehouse on time.
- Supporting the Shopper Marketing and Trade Activation Managers in creation of internal selling documents, trade presenters and AR displays to enable our customer teams and field sales team to execute our plans.
- Management of our POS requirements and systems
- Working in collaboration with the other Shopper Marketing Executive and our 3rd party point of sale partner to streamline our reporting and POS management. This encompasses POS usage and forecasting, removing old campaign materials and ensuring consistency of coding and descriptions for all our POS.
- Support Budget Management process
- Supporting the Shopper Marketing & Trade Activation Managers in budget management including raising purchase orders.
- Forecast budgets in conjunction with customer team to maximise future plans.
- Act As Owner to ensure best negotiated value of supplier estimates and drive productivity gains.
Qualifications:
About you:
- Degree qualified ideally with 1-2 years’ experience in FMCG environment
- Understanding of FMCG retailer dynamics.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- Proven planning and organisation skills.
- Stakeholder management skills including holding others accountable for meeting project deadlines.
- Ability to build cross functional relationships (internal and external) and work collaboratively with others to deliver business outcomes.
- Good communication skills (verbal and written).
- Results driven, with ‘can do’ attitude.
