**BMH Electrics Pty Ltd **exists to maintain, install, and assess electrical assets and equipment for a wide range of customers including, **local state government**, power utilities, mining, digital display technologies, defence and construction.

Leadsun is on a mission to sustainably light-up Western Australia and help people, particularly the most vulnerable, feel safe and be safe in public spaces through the (solar) power of light.

As we continue to expand, we’re looking for an enthusiastic **Sales Representative** to join our team and help us achieve our vision.

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking and cold calling.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
- Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to address their specific requirements.
- Achieve sales targets and outcomes within a schedule.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, opportunities, and market trends.
- Collaborate with the team to improve the overall customer experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to understand and present products/services in a compelling way.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with CRM practices and sales software is a plus.
- A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field would be looked upon favourably.
