To support our rapid growth, we are seeking a dynamic and skilled Technician Specialist to join our team.

**Job Responsibilities**:
As a Technician at Crazy Parts, you will play a vital role in improving our repair quality and service. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Perform hardware and software repairs on major mobile phone brands (such as Apple, Samsung, etc.), including screen replacements, battery replacements, motherboard repairs, water damage treatment, and other common issues.

2. Quickly and accurately diagnose mobile phone issues and provide repair solutions according to company standards.

3. Proficiently use repair tools to carry out high-quality repairs following standard procedures.

4. Stay updated on new phone models and technological changes, continuously learning new techniques to ensure skill improvement.

5. Maintain accurate repair records, ensuring correct management of part replacements and service history.

6. Explain the cause of mobile phone issues and repair steps to customers, ensuring they clearly understand the services provided.

7. Provide after-sales technical support when needed, addressing customer inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- 2+ years of experience in mobile phone repair, with proficiency in handling common hardware and software issues.
- Strong repair skills, capable of handling complex hardware problems.
- Familiarity with iOS and Android operating systems, able to effectively troubleshoot system and software issues.
- Relevant repair certifications are preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills, able to efficiently handle multiple repair tasks.
- Excellent customer communication skills, capable of clearly explaining technical issues.
- High sense of responsibility, able to follow repair procedures and ensure customer data security.
- Good command of both Chinese and English communication skills is preparable, but not essential.

AU$70,000 - AU$75,000
