**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with couples to understand their wedding vision and preferences.
- Assist in vendor selection and management, including florists, caterers, and photographers.
- Develop and maintain detailed timelines and run sheets for each wedding event.
- Conduct venue walkthroughs and coordinate logistics with all stakeholders.
- Manage the setup and breakdown of the event, ensuring everything is in place.
- Serve as the main point of contact for vendors and guests on the wedding day.
- Address any issues or last-minute changes with poise and professionalism.
- Provide on-the-day coordination to ensure a seamless experience for the couple and their guests.
- Create memorable experiences by anticipating needs and personalizing service.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in wedding coordination, event planning, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- A passion for weddings and creating memorable experiences.
- Knowledge of wedding trends, vendors, and venues in Sydney is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event planning software.
