**Job Title: Data Analyst Designer**
**Location: Sydney**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform source data analysis and data mapping to support data-driven decision-making
- Develop and implement data models that align with business and reporting requirements
- Translate business requirements into clear and actionable data and reporting designs
- Lead the delivery of data designs across agile sprints, ensuring timely and accurate outcomes
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to elaborate on requirements, facilitate user acceptance, and support business change initiatives
- Communicate effectively to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in data analysis, data mapping, and data modeling
- Strong ability to translate business and reporting requirements into data designs
- Experience in leading data design delivery within agile environments
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with business users and technical teams

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
