**Position Overview**

IND Technology is an award winning powerline monitoring technology company based in Melbourne, USA, Canada and Malaysia. We are looking for a skilled Procurement and ISO Compliance Officer with a strong background in procurement and highly motivated to join our team in Melbourne.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in sourcing suppliers and obtaining quotes for goods and services.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and provide support and guidance as needed.
- Monitor Delivery In Full On Time (DIFOT) metrics and work with suppliers to improve performance in meeting delivery targets.
- Continuously follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services and escalate any delays to relevant stakeholders.
- Preparing reports to summarise procurement activity.
- Follow up with the inventory officer regularly to stay updated on stock levels and inventory requirements.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with lSO9001_27001 standards in procurement activities. And assist in creating the required documentation for maintaining certification.
- Support internal audits and assessments to evaluate adherence to ISO requirements and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field. Prior experience in ISO compliance and/or procurement roles, preferably in a regulated industry.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
