As an established NDIS provider, we match dedicated, compassionate support workers with individuals with disabilities based on skills, preferences, and interests.

Our support workers are in high demand across Greater Western Sydney and the CBD, and we're looking for passionate, empathetic individuals with excellent communication skills to help our clients achieve their goals and engage in community-based activities. And the best part? You'll have the opportunity to work around your own schedule, with shifts available at all times and days.

Your Role and Responsibilities, may involve:

- Assisting participants with their NDIS goals and daily activities
- Breaking down everyday tasks, and helping them build a consistent routine
- Assist with personal hygiene,
- Plan and participate in community-focused activities
- Assist with in-home care
- Transport clients to appointments and outings
- Create an innovative approach to best interact with each participant's individual needs.

To be considered
- Legal right to work in Australia
- Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Check
- National Police Check.

Desirable requirements include
- Located in the Northern Beaches
- Experience working with people who have a disability and challenging behaviors
- First Aid & CPR
- Adequate communication and verbal skills
- Good writing skills for all mandatory reports

**Salary**: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
