As a member of the Housekeeping team at Northbridge, you will be providing high quality cleaning services for our residents within our residential aged care home, ensuring residents rooms and common areas are clean and presentable.
**About the Role**:

- Work as part of a team to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and presentation in our residents rooms
- Supporting your peers and maintaining a co operative team spirit
- Working in a safe manner to protect yourself, your colleagues and residents, closely following all policies and procedures

To be successful in this role you’ll need
- A kind heart and genuine passion for providing high quality care to the elderly
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Previous experience working as a cleaner ideally
- Warm and empathetic interpersonal skills with experience interacting with a wide range of people
- Ability to establish and maintain professional and appropriate relationships with residents and their families
- A reliable team player
- Ability to read, write and communicate effectively
