Housekeeping/cleaner

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Sweep, mop, and vacuum common areas (e.g., lounge, kitchen, corridors, bathrooms).
- Clean and disinfect bathrooms and toilets, ensuring a high standard of hygiene.
- Wipe down surfaces, including tables, counters, and doors.
- Empty trash bins and take out the waste.
- Clean windows and glass surfaces in public areas.
- Replenish cleaning supplies and report any maintenance needs.
- Assist in deep cleaning tasks during off-peak times (e.g., high dusting, baseboards).
- Ensure that all cleaning equipment is stored properly and maintained.
- Follow hostel health and safety guidelines, including safe handling of cleaning chemicals.

**Requirements**:

- Previous cleaning experience preferred, ideally in a hostel, hotel, or similar environment.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
- Good physical stamina and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive, friendly attitude and a team player mentality.
- Reliability and punctuality.

Pay: $23.23 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 per week
