**What you'll get to do**
You will get to support the Housekeeping Manager in all aspects of the housekeeping function, include team leadership, upkeep of communal areas, bathrooms, and guest rooms, managing inventory, and maintaining the pristine condition of our property. This is a part time position with a minimum of 15 hours per week.
We want to meet Housekeeping leaders who will challenge the normal and who can make a difference, you may be a Housekeeping Manager or Rooms Division Manager / Team Leader in your current role but don't let that stop you from applying
**What are we looking for**:
- Previous leadership experience in housekeeping or cleaning, leading and motivating a team of housekeeping staff to deliver exceptional results
- Focused on creating a safe and fun environment for guests and team members through adhering to, but also continuously reviewing our standard operating procedures (SOP's), to ensure they are of an exceptional standard
- Flexible availability 24/7 roster including night shifts, weekends and public holidays
- Excellent communication skills verbal and written
