**The opportunity**
Supporting this vision will be our **_Office Manager _**at our CBD_ _branch who will work closely with the leadership team and manage all aspects of office management, admin, accounts and reporting.
The Office Manager will play an essential role partnering with the General Manager to drive best practices, process improvements and team engagement.
**Job Description**:
**The role and responsibilities**
Some of the responsibilities of the Office Manager will include to:
- own all aspects of office management and administration to ensure the CBD office and team are able to perform at their best
- lead the accounts payable and receivable function and assist in providing monthly budgets/reporting
- oversee the entry and set up of all payroll requirements
- support the General Manager for PA/EA duties including budgets, monthly reports and assisting with presentations for board/exec meetings
- assist the leadership team PA and admin duties as needed.
**Your strengths and attributes**
- experience in a similar office management role ideally within a professional services environment
- a background in finance having managed accounts payable and receivable functions and assisting with payroll and ongoing reporting
- having supported a small leadership team with PA/EA experience
- experience working with a number of teams like finance, HR, marketing and sales on tasks and projects
- a positive attitude that inspires a team, having great time management, organisational and communication skill.
**What’s the offer?**
This is a full-time position offering a terrific salary package between $70,000 - $80,000. You'll be part a collaborative team environment and this role will see you working mostly from the office, but with flexible hours as needed. This position will report to the General Manager.
