Skills and experiences
- Skilled in managing relationships with offshore delivery teams and coordinating across partners
- Expertise in developing and executing go-to-market strategies
- Strong ability to build and nurture strategic relationships with Microsoft
- Experience in leading packaging and scalability of solution offerings
- Proficient in market development and sales support
- Ability to collaborate on Avanade’s market messaging
- Competence in managing interlocks with Avanade nodes

What you'll do
- Lead and support strategy for assigned Solution Area, Offering, or Industry.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies with Microsoft and partners.
- Manage relationships and drive alignment across Avanade’s global functions.
- Support sales and market development efforts for consistency and scalability.
- Collaborate with leadership to define and execute GTM strategies.
- Build strong connections with regional teams for best practices and insights.
- Develop investment plans to support GTM expansion.
