**About the role**:
In an exciting new venture - Tynan Motors has just gained the Geely franchise We have a fantastic new opportunity for an individual to join our brand new **Geely** dealership as an experienced **Selling Sales Manager**located in **Miranda**

Geely is the second largest producer of motor vehicles in China, producing over 4 million cars annually and it is predicted this will increase to 7 million vehicles annually by 2029

This is an exciting opportunity for you to join our team and have a fresh start to build your own department with a successful franchise.

**Responsibilities**:

- Overall management of the Geely Sales Department
- Leading and motivating your Sales Team and ensuring benchmarks are reached
- Ensuring that Sales Processes are followed
- Maintaining the utmost employee and client relationship
- Achieving manufacturer and internal sales targets + CSI requirements
- Assisting with Sales when required
- Developing new strategies to support the growth of the brands and manage the financial performance of the department.

**About you**:

- Previous experience in the automotive industry - you may be a sales executive, assistant sales manager or a sales manager
- Proven track record & ability to meet Sales Targets, Manufacturer targets and CSI Benchmarks
- Ability to manage a team
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Current NSW Driver’s License
- Ability to build strong relationships
- Availability to work on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays)
