Planit, due to unprecedented demand for our testing services professionals, are delighted to announce the latest Testing Bootcamp in Melbourne. This is the first step in securing a career in one of the fastest growing disciplines within the IT industry; including exposure to Automation, Performance testing, Continuous Integration and AI.

**ABOUT YOU**

**You will be**:

- A recent graduate with marks of distinction looking for a prime entry level position in the IT industry;
- An individual who is knowledgeable of a few tools but a master of none;
- A professional who is really a techie at heart that has decided that this is the direction they want their career to go in;
- Someone who has previously worked in the utilities industry and has an understanding of this domainA developer who has seen the light and decided that testing is really where it starts, not where it ends and is just as cool to be in

**What you must have as pre-requisites**:

- The motivation to be the best;
- Experience working in a utilities organisation
- The aptitude and attitude that would stand you out from the rest of the pack;
- Professional presentation and interpersonal skills that would potentially see you interact at all levels within an organisation;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to support your professionalism;
- An eye for detail and a logical approach to problem solving;
- A good knowledge of development practices and coding;
- The ability to think on your feet and learn fast;A team player

**THE PROCESS**
- Search & Selection
- Applications close at midnight on 8 th of August 2025
- 30 Minute Video Interviews
- Will take place towards the middle of the week commencing the 11 th of August 2025
- Information Session
- Information session will be held week commencing 18 th of August 2025
- Face to Face Interviews
- In person interview will be conducted towards the middle of the week commencing 18 th of August 2025
- The Bootcamp
- Scheduled to run 1 st of September - 5 th of September
- A short exam at the end of the week of training.
- Offers of Employment
- Letter of Offer of permanent employment will be provided to the successful Bootcampers.Ongoing training and mentoring within the workplace/client environment.
