An exciting Leadership opportunity has arisen at our wonderful campus catering for up to 57 children daily in Geebung.

We are looking for a passionate advocate for the Early Childhood sector with strong leadership and management potential to take the role of Assistant Director & Education Leader.

You will be supporting dedicated educators who have exceptional relationships with children and partnering with a Director who has a long standing commitment and love for the campus as well as wonderful bonds with families and the local community.

**Assistant Director & Education Leader role**

The responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Assistant Director
- Collaborating with campus Director and support in their absense
- Provide support to Educators and contribute to their professional dvelopment
- Supporting with service compliance, WH&S and administration
- Rostering and day to day staff mangement
- Supporting with the QIP and campus quality
- Build strong bonds with families and local community
- Foster OAC HEART principles

Education Leader
- Maximise WH&S and ensure policies are adhered to eg Child protection
- Share your knowledge of the EYLF & NQF
- Inspire Educators and Room leaders to deliver an outstanding program in line with the OAC grow curriculum
- Mentor the team, reflect on best practice and develop the programming cycle in each room
- Lead Quality area 1 across the campus
- Observe Educators and room leaders and provide advice, research and guidance
- Meet with Educators and support during programming time
- Attend Education Leader meetings and collaborate with Education & Pedagogy team
