**Your new role**:
Diverse and rewarding role providing a variety of support to clients at the site location. Assist in the orientation and support of residents and day service users to the Coniston site, and work with the Illawarra team to support service users

**Your responsibilities**:

- Provide a safe and welcoming environment for clients who live at or are accessing the service.
- Provide a variety of supports to clients, working in cooperation with the Case Management team.
- Contact new and regular clients, providing support, information, referral to internal services and programs.
- Maintain client records and case notes, both electronic and handwritten, in a professional manner.
- Providing client support with a respectful, non-judgmental and inclusive manner, upholding and respecting the rights of clients at all times

**You will need**:

- Qualifications and/or experience in Community Services
- Experience in working with and an understanding of the needs of persons from a disadvantaged background.
- A positive, hardworking and highly motivated attitude.
- Experience in facilitating group work and providing individual client support.
- NSW driver licence.
