As the Client Experience Manager, you will be responsible for our Care Management team, supporting them in reaching their individual and collective goals to drive the overall success and growth of our business. This role is crucial in maintaining quality standards and compliance while crafting and implementing innovative strategies to enhance care efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily leadership, mentoring, guidance and training to a team of Care Managers, ensuring best practice to deliver consistent high-quality care
- Evaluate and review clients to stimulate business growth, employ strategies for future growth, and identify improvement opportunities
- Manage care operations and ensure and maintain accurate client records in RMS, My Aged Care, and the Aged Care Provider portal, including new clients, discharges, and monthly claims
- Review and approve Care Plans, ensuring client needs and management strategies are properly documented and addressed
- Manage ACQSC standards components, including audits and Consumer committees
About you
- Experience in leading and managing a team
- Experience in Aged Care or Disability, experience in Case Management
- Qualifications in Community Services, Social Work, Allied Health disciplines or Leadership
- Understanding of Aged Care and Disability related legislation and regulations for home care services
