**Who You Are**
***You are an experienced Account Manager joining our NSW Commercial Real Estate team based out of our Pyrmont office in NSW. You are very proactive, curious and will have the opportunity to work with and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders alike. You are a self starter with strong influencing skills. This is an exciting opportunity to work with our commercial property customers in NSW. The Account Manager has the overall responsibility for understanding each client’s business and strategically connecting our value proposition and product suite to meet their needs and drive revenue growth.
**In a typical day you can expect to**:
- Secure digital & print media sales revenue
- Develop strong relationships with clients through face-to-face and telephone
- meetings
- Provide world class customer service by efficiently resolving client queries and operational/account issues
- Strategise and implement business growth initiatives
- Interpret and present data and insights to clients
- Provide effective, timely and accurate service to clients, including: Producing clear, creative, relevant and effective response to all briefs, inc. supporting research material
**How to catch our eye? You are someone who has**
- Demonstrated experience in Sales, Account Management & Customer Service
- Experience in Digital Media / Print sales and/or Real Estate is desirable.
- Exceptional communication and relationship building skills
- Resilience and agility in a fast paced digital services business
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Valid Australian drivers licence and reliable vehicle is essential
