Are you a passionate and experienced Early Childhood Educator looking to take the next step in your career?

We're looking for a dedicated Room Leader to join our beautiful 2–3 year old room and lead with creativity, confidence, and heart.

About The Role

As the Room Leader for our 2–3 year old group, you'll create a warm, inclusive, and engaging environment where children feel safe to explore and grow. You'll lead a passionate team of educators, guide programming and practice, and build strong, trusting relationships with families.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the day-to-day operations of the toddler room.
  • Planning and implementing high-quality, age-appropriate educational programs aligned with the EYLF and NQS.
  • Supporting, mentoring, and inspiring your team.
  • Building positive partnerships with families and the broader centre community.
  • Maintaining compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements.
About You

We're looking for someone who is warm, motivated, and confident in their role as an educator and leader.

You'll have:

  • A Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education and Care.
  • Experience in a similar Room Leader or senior educator role (preferred).
  • A sound understanding of the EYLF, NQS, and child-led learning practices.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • A genuine passion for helping children thrive.
