Partner with store design teams and bring to life stores of the future for Country Road Groups collection of retail brands.

As an iconic Australian retail group that continues to set the benchmark of what great retailing looks like, we are constantly evolving the way our stores look and feel across the Country Road Group collection of retail brands. Due to this relentless pursuit of excellence, we have two opportunities to join our well-established store design team, as a Revit Documenter where you will be responsible for documenting new and refurbished stores in preparation for construction. You will be working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating closely with store design, visual merchandise, project manager and retail operation teams.

With a hybrid mix of time at home as well as in the office, this role will suit a well-experienced Revit Documenter, with a strong attention to detail, great stakeholder management skills that enjoys working in a fast-paced Retail environment.
- On offer, we have both a permanent _and_ 12-month fix-term position with the potential for extension._

What does the role involve?
- You will bring the inspiration of our stores to life through creation of concepts using Revit drawing
- Follow-up on construction, taking part in on-site construction tours to ensure that all design requirements and designs briefs from stakeholders are incorporated into drawings
- Create tender documents to relevant trades and suppliers, updating and maintaining schedules, and communicating timeframes to internal and external stakeholders
- Manage multiple projects at once, keeping the Country Road Group’s brand and safety requirements at the forefront of your thinking
- Create 3D sketches, using the latest technology in the market, to visualise your work

Who are we looking for?
- Proven experience using Revit in a similar documentation role, preferably from the retail world
- High attention to detail
- Diploma or degree in architectural documentation or design.
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, and AutoCAD
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate with all levels of internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and manage confidential information, being agile and adaptable to frequent changes in requirements.
