The Role
Join our Store Design team as a Revit Lead Planner where you will contribute in the development of creating world leading store design. You will lead a team of Revit Documenters whilst providing renderings and full sets of documentation for new and refurbished stores ready for construction.
Key Responsibilities
- Arrange design for and/or liaise with external consultants (including but not limited to Department Store Design teams, shopping centre RDM, Designers, Architects, Engineers, Certifiers, DDA Consultants and builders) to deliver a resolved design concept, documentation and specification thereafter, through to the completed built product.
- Arrange 3d renders and for stores in Lumion(or other program) to be presented to brands.
- Prepare and present digital mood boards to assist design teams with approvals.
- Review services documentation against tenancy plans to identify discrepancies and resolve in liaison with consultants to suit tenancy plans.
- Complete a full set of sketch and working drawings which can be used for construction and standard details for each design.
- Obtaining, understanding and working to council, and all other statutory building compliance requirements.
- Issuing tender documents to relevant trades and suppliers liaising with contractors, trades and suppliers.

- Coach and lead REVIT documenters to provide support with smooth and timely drawings.
- Provide guidance to REVIT documenters on stakeholder management.
- A minimum of 5 years Revit experience
- Indesign, Illustrator and Photoshop experience
- Basic knowledge of building code
- Project management experience
- Experience in managing teams
