Join Stockland's Design Studio and contribute to a culture of design excellence. This permanent, full-time role based in Sydney offers the chance to shape public domain and landscape design across Stockland's national portfolio. You'll collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to deliver sustainable, high-quality outcomes that elevate community spaces and unlock both commercial and social value.

What you'll do

• Partner with the Design Sector Lead to guide strategic landscape design and placemaking outcomes
• Provide expert design advice for mixed-use, residential and community projects
• Support strategic initiatives and develop design resources that set best practice
• Collaborate with consultants to ensure alignment with Stockland standards
• Apply creative and analytical thinking to deliver efficient, high-quality outcomes
• Represent Stockland at forums and events to strengthen our industry presence

You're a design leader who thrives on shaping spaces that inspire and connect. You combine creativity with strategic thinking, balancing design excellence and commercial outcomes. Highly collaborative and adaptable, you excel in complex projects and enjoy building strong relationships with stakeholders. Your curiosity drives continuous learning, and your commitment to sustainability ensures every design leaves a lasting positive impact.

Experience & Skills That Count

• Tertiary qualification in Landscape Architecture
• 7 years' experience in landscape design and delivery
• Strong portfolio across large-scale urban and mixed-use developments
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Understanding of planning processes, design standards, and construction
