**What the role will involve**
- Assisting in the coordination of Health and Wellbeing programs in particular programs relating to psychosocial risk management and other related psychological health and safety initiatives.
- Assist to develop and implement action plans to address identified psychosocial hazards and risk factors.
- Participate in providing a Health and Wellbeing centre of expertise within the Corporation.
- Participate in the development, delivery and maintenance of Health and Wellbeing education, training and promotional packages.
- Coordinating workplace inspections and risk assessments and the preparation of reports to ensure compliance with Corporate, legislative requirements.

**Key skills and experience**

Ideally, you will possess a qualification in Psychology, Health Science or Work Health and Safety, along with a strong understanding of WHS legislation and practices. You should demonstrate the capability to contribute effectively to a team, including team communication processes and a commitment to continuous improvement. Additionally, well-developed interpersonal skills and stakeholder management are essential.
