**About the Role**:
We are excited to offer an amazing opportunity for a passionate, motivated and experienced Administration Clerk to join the Admin team in Burwood. To succeed in this role, you will be someone who enjoys a challenge, working in a team environment and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves to get the job done.

**About the Role**

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Administration Clerk to join our team. The successful applicant will have a positive can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.

**Responsibilities**:

- Daily Banking Function for the group
- Reconcile cash, cheques and eftpos for all daily transactions
- Follow up on any End of Day anomaly items
- General journals
- Ad-hoc administration duties
- Working within team to complete month end deadlines/goals
- Provide general support to our Accounts department as required
- Complies and maintains records of business transactions and office activities within their assigned area.
- Provide exceptional value adding and customer service to internal and external parties, where relevant
- Ensure accuracy to all documentation including spreadsheets, appointments and bookings as required
- Provide general administration support to the relevant operations team, where required
- Collaborate with other teams when projects assigned
- Support and champion the PWAH policies and procedures
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
- Good computer skills and basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook
- Ability to work well under pressure
