We are currently seeking a **Stock Control & Registrations Clerk** to join the team based in** Burwood.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate floorplans using various data bases
- Raising repair orders using internal programs
- Support our Sales department with stock availability
- Reconciliation of tasks such as registration of vehicles
- General administration duties such as reports, stationery and scanning

**What we are looking for**:

- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft office skills, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel
- Excellent time-management and attention to detail
- Brilliant communication skills and the ability to develop relationships with stakeholders
- Knowledge of Motor Dealership systems and basic understanding of automotive industry is highly regarded however not essential
- Willingness to learn - full training provided
- Automotive administration experience highly regarded however not essential
