The Role
Epworth Medical Imaging (EMI) is seeking a high calibre professional in Nuclear Medicine to lead our dynamic and well-regarded team on a full-time basis.
As a leader who has outstanding connection with the team and is able to maximise service potential, you will quickly establish yourself as an integral part of our healthcare team where you will be proud to lead a high quality service to our patients and referrers. You will be given the opportunity to advance both your technical skills across Nuclear Medicine and PET and your clinical leadership expertise, in a caring and supportive environment across our EMI Melbourne sites.
Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role you will:
· Have demonstrated successful leadership experience in a senior Nuclear Medicine/PET role
· Have excellent technical understanding of both Nuclear Medicine and PET
· Have outstanding team leadership development expertise
· Have a bias for positive action in further developing a service with a strong reputation for quality
· Demonstrate excellent communication, organisational, and problem solving skills
· Have the enthusiasm to work in a team that strives for the highest level of patient care at all times
· Have the drive and ambition to learn and advance your career and further develop your business operations understanding

Epworth Medical Imaging
Epworth Medical Imaging (EMI) is part of the Sonic Healthcare network, providing high quality imaging services to both Epworth Hospital locations and the wider community.
EMI employ approximately 250 highly skilled Radiologists and staff, providing Angiography, Intervention, Bone Mineral Densitometry (BMD), Computed Tomography, Dental X-Ray (OPG), General X-Ray, MRI, 3D and Contrast Mammography, Nuclear Medicine and PET and Ultrasound.

Successful Applicant must have:
· Bachelor degree in Medical Radiations in Nuclear Medicine (or equivalent)
· Applicants must be AHPRA registered and hold a current VIC Radiation Use License
· Provide a copy of their COVID-19 vaccination certificate (or medical exemption) to fulfil the mandatory vaccination requirements directed by DHHS
· Working with children check (provided by applicant)
· National Police check (conducted by EMI)
