Be the point of contact for all department heads, generating and circulating

event orders ensuring the accuracy of information whilst ensuring the clients

requirements are met.
- Provide a consistent and exceptional level of service to all customers utilizing

industry best practices, always exceeding expectations, and ensuring a

professional, efficient, and positive approach,
- Be the key customer contact for coordination and execution of all residential

meetings and events, from signed contract to paid final invoice.
- Ensure smooth transition of account files from Sales to Events and keep the

customer informed accordingly.
- Own the customer experience internally by meeting & greeting customers on

arrival at every stain-house event in-house to ensure customer expectations

are met.
- Be the contacts for all the vendors related to all the events.
- All confirmed Conference: Events to be delivered within budget
- Brainstorm and explore new events and activations.
- Work to an event budget and ensure adherence and allocate funds wisely.
- Source and negotiate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers.
- Lead promotional activities and social communications for events.
- Responsible for the day-to-day supplier and venue management, and

operations.
- Conference logistics management, including procuring venue and relevant

external suppliers.
- Act for all department heads, generating and circulating event orders ensuring

accuracy of information whilst ensuring the client’s requirements are met

Ensuring insurance, legal, health and safety regulations are adhered to

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
