Our client, located in Mount Hawthorn, produces high end gourmet products for the local, national, and international markets. Due to their rapid growth they have a fantastic opportunity for a full-time Assistant Manager to join their successful team of 6.
- Oversee the daily running of the office and production
- Ensure customer orders are met, including coordinating shipping and couriers
- Ensure production planning and schedules are implemented
- Assist with costings, stock take and managing inventory
- Build professional relationships with suppliers and customers
- Support Administration team with invoicing and basic accounts duties
- Manage company HR requirements and assist with payroll
- Create and implement policies and procedures for the office
- Maintain a safe working environment

To be successful in this position you will require:

- Previous experience in a similar role
- Demonstrated experience managing staff
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Advanced computer skills, including Excel and MS Word
- Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic team environment
- Basic bookkeeping / accounts experience
