To proactively develop skills and knowledge required to excel in your particular trade through completing on-the-job-training and formal training with a registered training organisation.
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with Workplace Health and Safety and Environmental requirements and legislative policies.
- Under guidance, assist with and participate in repair, maintenance and installation of rollingstock equipment and components in accordance with business needs.
