**About the Company**

Our client has an excellent opportunity to join a large and supportive team and support the administration and screen process in the busy recruitment team. The company is community-focused, assisting of elderly, youth, and the disadvantaged. They are compassionate and are in a growth phase and require someone to join them in supporting the team.

**About you**:

- Be comfortable in a high-volume recruitment environment
- Have an ability to multi-task and effectively manage your time across multiple jobs
- IT skills including experience using Page up and the Microsoft suite

**About the role**:
The Recruitment team is a close-knit, high-performing team that fosters a positive culture. We provide flexible working hours, on-site parking at the Norwest office, career progression opportunities.

Coordinate advertising
- Telephone screening
- Set up ability assessments on our platform
- Set up face to face /and or video interviews
