- Some of the key responsibilities include to:_
- Advise and create appealing advertising campaigns e.g. creating social media content, and recommending advertising platforms to be used, such as Seek and LinkedIn
- Assist Hiring Managers in scheduling interviews and sit in on interviews where needed
- Manage a portfolio e.g. Rural/ Metro/ Mental Health/ Allied Health/ Nursing and be the lead contact to support Hiring Managers in that discipline.

**Mid Level** - A role for someone with some well-developed knowledge and skills they can bring to the role and team. Typically within 2-5 years of experience.

- Recruitment Coordination - Coordinate meetings and events and align parties throughout the recruitment lifecycle
